Lectionary Limbo

Just to let you know/remind/cause you hassle the lectionary readings through June have been swapped about a little in order to keep the OT story (which is the controlling story for us this time round) in chronological order. It means we've swapped this week with next week and then week three with week four. All the passages are there so if you wish to be strict with the lectionary just use the following week this sunday and use this week next week. (I've always been so clear in explaining things!)

The lectionary uses the OT passages in this season to support the others. We've chosen to let the other passages support the OT. It is such a good arc of stories you don't want to jump around too much. Sorry it is confuses but it keeps thing interesting. Perhaps no one has noticed of course...

New Material Here Now

We've made it. The new material from Trinity Sunday through to end of August has been orn. It was finished only minutes ao (it's some time after midnight). It's lovely. We've got a little jubilee and a little olympics and a lot of David. Have you looked at those Davidic stories recently? Not what you remember from Sunday School. Anyway, lots of worship and age groups activities. Always keen for feedback.

The cost is still only £12 for a download and once downloaded you can copy it as many times as you like to as many people as you like within your congregation or school or wherever it is used. If you would like a ;rinted copy we have had to put the price up to £20 for that as it is moe expensive to print than we thought at first. However you could just print it out yourself once you've downloaded it. Please enjoy and hope it helps.

Powerpoint backgrounds for Advent 2

John the baptist doesn't like the images and his ghost is preventing the blog from accepting them. perhaps the Blog needs baptism of repentance. Either way the images aren't here. If you'd like them email Peter directly and he'll zot them off to you.

Payment Nightmares

Really, really sorry about all the payment problems. Itr is not yet sorted. I'm waiting for PayPal to get back to me to me. They talked of 24 hours, failing that 72. They never said what would happen after 72 hours but we'll soon find out.

In the mean time you can contact me here if you'd like a copy of the first quarter of Spill the Beans (beginning of September to end of November 2011). You can pay by cheque or by bank transfer.

An emailed copy costs £12 per quarter.

A hard copy will be £15 per quarter.

And I can invoice you.

Hope all that helps while we sort out PayPal. They're no pals of mine!

Latest on material and payment

I'm having real difficulty getting a paypal thing going where people can pay and then immediately download material. I'm still working on it (if anyone knows better how to do that then let me know...)

In the meantime, if you would like the complete works up until end December then email me ([email protected]) and I'll trust you (it is the church after all) and get it to you along with account details.

In the next wee while we'll have something set up that works for us all. Sorry about the hassle.
